Aim
Rajana Association is an income generation and skills training project that provides employment for many young Cambodians, rural and urban poor and other small producer groups.
History & Philosophy
Rajana was founded by the NGO Southeast Asian Outreach (SAO) Cambodia in 1995 and is now an independent, local NGO.
Rajana gives young Cambodian people the opportunity to be trained in the production and marketing of traditional and contemporary handicrafts, so that they can provide an income for themselves and their families. Their products are made by combining traditional Cambodian skills with contemporary designs.
Rajana has three Fair Trade shop outlets in Cambodia that market its products.
