Aim Mother Love and Non
Violence (MLNV) is a local NGO that aims to upgrade the
living standard of women and reduce poverty in
vulnerable communities through education, skills
training and women’s rights.
History &
Philosophy MLNV was established in
September 1993 as a non-profit, non-partisan NGO. It
currently operates in both Phnom Penh Mittapheap
Village, Kandal Province. MLNV is registered with the
Office of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of
Interior of the Cambodian Government.
Its work
includes helping women understand their rights and
educating them in areas such as domestic violence,
reproductive health and HIV/AIDS.
