Aim The Indigenous
Livelihood Development Project (ILDP) aims to strengthen
the traditional way of life of the indigenous ‘Bunong’
people based in Mondulkiri Province,
Cambodia.
History & Philosophy In 2004,
Ms Mane Yun returned from studying in the USA to
establish the ILDP with the support of Refugees
International. Since that time, the ILDP has catalogued
the various traditional art and craft forms of the
Bunong people, forming a co-operative of producers who
can pass on their knowledge and skills to others.
Through the ILDP, the traditional handicrafts and
fabric of the Bunong people have been displayed and sold
at exhibitions in Cambodia, Thailand and the
