The founding purpose for CfC is to create the ultimate social enterprise model that empowers children, families and communities to lift themselves out of poverty and create true freedom for their futures.
By 2012 we will return 2500 children at risk of exploitation to school by empowering 500 families in Cambodia and the world.

Philosophy
Carpets for Communities(CfC), is currently the sole project of “Empowering Communities” (EC), an Australian-registered not-for-profit Association (NGO), that partners with local and international communities to empower women. Through CfC we are committed to the empowerment of women and girls in Cambodia as the means to securing sustainable livelihoods and access to education and opportunities for all.
